SCG takes the approach of a team sport. We all have specialties, skill sets, and different roles, but all follow the same set of rules, hold each other accountable and are working towards a common goal. Like any team, we have had a lot of training and strive to be the best. We are in it to win it.
Kyle Gorman
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Kyle Gorman took his finance and construction background and his passion for project management and created SCG. His proven formula of synchronizing all aspects of a development into a single point of contact while coupling it with proprietary technology has facilitated the success of growing this business from the ground up.
Brandon Lehman
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Brandon is an industry award-winning entrepreneur and the co-founder of SCG. His background in engineering and management has proven essential in the development of the internal streamlined systems and processes of the company. As this is his 2nd successful startup, Brandon leverages more than 14 years of experience in the development industry to lead the company’s project development and operational efforts.
Kirk Bennett
SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Kirk Bennett’s vast experience in the architectural field spans over 40 years. In that time Kirk has worked on many different projects ranging from single family and multi-family residential housing, commercial retail, and institutional educational projects.
Jamey Tabata
SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Jamey spent 15 years as a project engineer, project manager, operations manager, and division manager with the #1 retail general contractor in California after attending the Air Force Academy for undergraduate studies and earning his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Aneta Popova
CONTROLLER
With over 15 years of accounting experience through a wide variety of industries, she has helped businesses establish their accounting systems and maintain full cycle accounting continuation. She works closely with the SCG team and decision makers to ensure smooth operation of day to day activities, project accounting and vendor relationships.
Alana Setiyadi
MARKETING COORDINATOR
As a young professional with a passion for commercial real estate, Alana currently serves as the Marketing Coordinator for SCG. With executive direction, Alana develops and implements meaningful marketing campaigns that promote SCG services. By creating engaging content and employing strategic scheduling techniques, she fosters audience engagement on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Tanner Stevens
V.P. CLIENT SERVICES
As a seasoned professional with 14 years of extensive experience in the industry, Tanner has dedicated his career to designing, building, and opening remarkable restaurant and retail facilities. He has owned and operated a thriving multi-unit coffee company in Kansas City, and he understands the challenges and nuances of building and managing successful businesses from the ground up.
